My approach to coaching is inspired by tried and tested frameworks that I combine and adapt according to each client. I recognise that every journey is different and therefore I create bespoke methods to help you turn your vision into reality. By setting clear directions, from the initial steps, to the end goal, we have the opportunity to co-create your personal journey of transformation. Each stage in this process plays a specific role in helping you gain self-awareness, set meaningful milestones, and take consistent actions towards your bigger vision.
Creating awareness of your current situation and having the courage to accept both your strengths and your weakenesses is the foundation for building your future. My method encourages you to focus on the present moment without judgement, it promotes self-reflection and guides you to trust your internal sense of validation as opposed to relying on external approval. Once you are sufficiently self-aware, you are ready to examine your values and set your priorities. Which areas of life are you seeking to improve? Understanding this will allow you to accept responsibility for your own actions and commit to creating the change you want to see. There is no progress without accountability and in this process I will act as your accountability partner.

The second phase of the journey is centred around translating your vision into concrete steps. To do so, I will help you prioritise one goal at the time and break it down into smaller, achievable milestones. This will allow you to transform every action into a new habit which will gradually become a ritual behaviour performed automatically. Your life today is the sum of your habits, so by changing your habits you will be able to transform your future. In this stage, periodic reflection and check-ins are key: I will help you observe and review your habits, implement incremental changes, adjust goals and priorities and reassess the overall action plan when needed. Along the way, we will celebrate your victories and use every setback as an opportunity for self-examination and learning.
The final phase focuses on consistency, with the intention of maintaining your positive habits over time while also continuing to grow. In fact, a key aspect of my coaching process is to allow you to step out of your comfort zone and keep expanding it for future learning. By challenging the status quo and embracing discomfort, you can develop the skills to navigate uncertainty and become more confident in your ability to handle whatever life throws your way.
Beyond helping you reach your final goal, my coaching aims to provide you with what is known as ‘mastery’. Mastery is the sum of your observable and measurable knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviours performed consistently. Acquiring mastery will allow you to consolidate your success by knowing how to apply this new frame of mind to every life situation, allowing for constant progress.
This holistic approach to coaching will give you a more comprehensive outlook on yourself and your behaviours while equipping you with the tools you need to keep pushing boundaries and expanding your potential.
